CGFS organized an online workshop, Monday 8 February 2021, to present the results of the survey carried out by the pysd project on resilience indicators and illustrate the guidelines aimed at parents and coaches to prevent the phenomenon of dropout.

40 people between parents and coaches took part in the workshop, involving 4 competitive swimming sports associations from the city of Prato.

The workshop was divided into two moments of discussion in which parents and coaches discussed the main reasons influencing dropout, their experiences, the importance of a sports educational model capable of increasing the resilience “life skill” of the children .
